А может такой вариант пойдёт (сразу говорю сам не проверял, но в теории должно работать). Основная проблема в том, что Винда не видит ext4. А вот Линукс видит ntfs.
Может этим и воспользоваться? Разметить в Линуксе при установке диски так как нужно для работы и оставить немного места которое разметить как ntfs. А потом создав там папку, сделать её общей. И всё, эту папку видит и Винда и Лин и можно без Самбы

ikrost, Windows прекрасно видит ext4 папку расшаренную через samba.

michman, Ты чего-то с Самбой перемудрил. Нужно:
1. Открыть общий доступ в Вин.
2. Открыть общий доступ в линукс. При этом если Самба не установлена - она установиться сама.
3. Все.
Попробуй удали самбу полностью. И начни снова.

2. Открыть общий доступ в линукс. При этом если Самба не установлена - она установиться сама.

Попробуй удали самбу полностью. И начни снова.
